Getting There
6 Minutes Walk from Bendemeer MRT
The Hive Lavender is conveniently located near Bendemeer MRT station, an area close to the industrial park.
Despite the rain during our visit, the journey was straightforward.
From Downtown Station, it’s about 13 minutes to Bendemeer on the Downtown Line, followed by a 6-minute walk from Exit B.
Upon arrival, you’ll find the Vanguard Campus building housing The Hive.
Inside, a café greets you on the right, with the entrance located further in, giving it a cozy, hidden feel.
The door opens into an elevator hall.

the Hive. Overview
Founded in Hong Kong in 2012, the Hive is a boutique coworking space aiming to create a “second home” for members.
It operates 23 locations across six countries (Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Australia),
including a lifestyle magazine called Hive Life, fostering community connections.
There are a total of four locations in Singapore.

・the Hive Lavender (the Hive Studios)

・the Hive North Bridge Road
Features of the Hive. Lavender
The interior boasts a mortar style, with a calm, artistic atmosphere. Creative companies occupy the building, contributing to its unique decor.
Many of the ornaments and decorations placed throughout the building were given by the resident companies.
Notably, it houses three studios—Portrait, Fashion, and Podcast—ideal for various creative projects.
There is a fee to use this service, but it is a great environment for those involved in recording potcasts, photographing products and advertisements, and other work!

Upon entering, the reception is on the right, followed by the pantry.
Tea and coffee are all you can drink♪
Complimentary tea and coffee are available, with members responsible for cleaning their own cups, reinforcing the “second home” concept.
Shared Lounge
The lounge offers a relaxed space with playful props like marbles and sunglasses.
Co-working Space
The coworking space is equipped with several monitors,
Those who have signed up for the Hot Desk Plan are free to use it.
Dedicated desk
This area is divided into two, past the coworking space, adorned with artwork, creating a distinct ambiance.
Private Office
The private offices feature natural light and a relaxed café-like feel, catering to design, gaming, and creative companies of various sizes.
Phone Booth
Four phone booths are available without reservation.
Meeting Room
Meeting rooms for 2 to 14 people accommodate diverse needs, ideal for team-building and workshops

The Hive Lavender offers three studios:
・Portrait Studio: 6m x 4m shooting studio
・Fashion Studio: 12m x 8m shooting studio
・Podcast Studio: REC studio equipped with microphone and headphone
Non-members can also reserve these spaces. As of April 2024, rates are:
