Marina One is located in an urban area, just a 4-minute walk from the Downtown MRT station, making it an important landmark with easy commuting access via four other train lines.

Marina One comprises four towers: two office buildings and two residential buildings.

The office buildings are designed to meet the needs of various businesses, including the Asia-Pacific headquarters of large corporations and multinationals.

The Green Heart

The most outstanding feature of Marina One is the “Green Heart” courtyard, located in the center of the four towers.

This area surprisingly also has a waterfall!

Other features include tropical plants, waterways, and pedestrian pathways.

The Green Heart covers an area of about 6,039 square meters and is planted with more than 350 species of plants, designed to resemble a Singaporean rainforest.

Just like the varying climate of a rainforest, with different temperatures, humidity levels, and sunlight conditions depending on height, the plants in the courtyard are arranged to suit each environment.

As an urban oasis, it serves as a place of relaxation for residents and business workers.

Office Towers

Marina One includes two high-grade office buildings, the West Tower and East Tower, each approximately 200 meters high.

Some of the biggest names in the industry have offices here, including UBS, PwC (one of the world’s four largest accounting firms), and Meta, the company behind Instagram and Facebook.

Shopping Complex

The underground shopping mall at Marina One is lined with restaurants and is bustling with people at lunchtime.

There are many cafes, restaurants, and various other stores, ensuring office workers can always find something to eat for lunch.
